Make entering and exiting the rear of your van, that little bit easier. Rhino’s AccessStep has been designed with the day-to-day health and safety of van users in mind, with a high visibility reflective label and a wide anti-slip tread.
If a vehicle comes with a factory fitted rear step our range of steps may not be suitable for installation. Please double check before placing an order.

Practical, safe and aesthetically pleasing - AccessStep not only facilitates easier rear vehicle entry, but also provides a secure and stable platform from which to reach the roof of your van. This eliminates the need to stretch or climb on a tyre while loading or unloading goods stored on top of your vehicle – both of which are common sources of van-related accidents.

Anti-slip tread plates – The plastic tread is textured with anti-slip grips to prevent accident in wet or icy conditions. The tread also features gaps to allow water to pass through for the same reason.

Bespoke outriggers - Every AccessStep includes a pair of bespoke outriggers, which are individually designed to suit each vehicle. These outriggers are fitted to mounting points on the underside of the van chassis and extend outwards to position the step in the optimum location for ease of entry

Ridged steel support frame - The welded support frame that sits underneath the tread gives the step its strength and stability.

Choice of colours – Black for a seamless finish on all vans or yellow for even better visibility.

Choice of sizes (not applicable for all vehicles) – Triple steps provide an extra section meaning a slightly wider tread, than the standard twin option.

Thoroughly tested and accredited for user safety - Extensively internally load tested, as well as being TUV and KBA approved.
Three reverse sensor options:
Standard – The step doesn’t come with any reverse sensors – perfect if you van doesn’t either. If it does, the step may interfere with your vehicle’s sensors, and we would recommend one of the below options.
With reverse sensors – The step comes with a reverse sensor kit which can be fitted to the step and then wired into the vehicle’s electronics (an auto-electrician may be required depending on the complexity of how this is configured in the vehicle.
Connect+ (not available for all vehicles) - Our innovative solution of allowing your vehicle’s original parking sensors to be seamlessly integrated into a Rhino step, via a simple 'plug and play' solution. You just need to pop the sensors out of your van, put them into our step, and then use the cables provided to link the sensors back to the van’s wiring loom. Some vehicles may require the bumper to be removed.
